User Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: 26 June 2026

If you would like Dentabay to delete personal data received through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, lead forms, advertisements, or our related online services, please send us a deletion request.

How to Request Deletion

1. Contact Dentabay through our official Facebook Page or WhatsApp channel.
2. State: “Please delete my Dentabay data.”
3. Include the name, phone number, or email address you used when contacting Dentabay so we can identify the correct record.

What We Will Delete

Where applicable, we will delete or anonymise enquiry records, lead form information, appointment request messages, and related customer communication data that we are not legally required to keep.

Processing Time

We aim to process deletion requests within a reasonable period after verifying the request.

Important Notes

Some information may remain in backups, audit logs, or records we are legally required to retain. Meta may also retain information under Meta’s own policies.
